From vet to PhD to powerlifter

Once upon a time, I was a veterinarian in a small town in India — but I wanted more. So I moved to the US, earned my PhD in Life Sciences, and somewhere along the way, I became a powerlifter.

Going from doctor to doctorate is an incredible achievement in itself. But what felt even more transformative was getting stronger — and becoming the woman I am today. That shift in my body, my confidence, and my relationship with food and training changed everything.

For a long time I couldn't afford a coach. I trained alone, figured things out the hard way, and watched my progress stall because I didn't have the right guidance. I know exactly what that feels like — and it's a big part of why I got into coaching.

I don't want price to be the reason someone doesn't get started. Especially women, who are still underrepresented in strength sports and often undersupported in gym spaces. I'm here to help you see a stronger version of yourself — through lifting, high-protein eating, and a training life that actually fits your life.
